Where in the Holy Bible is there a reference to Satan actually being cast out of heaven?

The Holy Book of Isaiah 14:12-15, describes the fall of Satan. The passage also can be attributed to the King of Babylon, who is later referred to as the "beast" who will lead the Babylon of the last days (Revelation 14:3, and 17:3). In chapter 14:12 "morning star" is translated into "Lucifer" in Latin vulgate.

"How you have fallen from Heaven, O morning star, son of the dawn. You have been cast down to earth, you who once laid low the nations! You said in your heart, I will ascend to heaven; I will raise my throne above the stars of God; I will sit enthroned on the mount of assembly, on the utmost heights of the sacred mountain. I will ascend above the tops of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High. But you are brought down to the grave, to the depths of the pit."

Also, in the Holy Gospel of St. Luke 10:18-20 our Lord Jesus himself referred to Isaiah 14:12-15. Because Satan pursued his own will, Satan was both fallen from Heaven and was defeated from his demonic lordship over the world by the Lord Christ and His Apostles. Additional two very important references are found in the Holy Books of Revelations 12:7-9 and Ezekiel 28:12-19.
