Is it correct that God only accepts blood offering (like animals or birds) and not fruits or crops?

The Book of Leviticus, Chapters 1-5, explains the five different kinds of offerings: (1) Burnt Offering, (2) Grain Offering, (3) Peace Offering, (4) Sin Offering, (5) Trespass Offering. Each offering has a set of specific guidelines. Nonetheless, there is a special significance for blood sacrifices as these were symbols of the sacrifice of the Lord on the cross.
