Someone mentioned that our Coptic Orthodox Church does not believe that sexual orientation is wrong, but homosexuality (practicing the sin) is wrong. I believe that both are wrong and sins. Can you please clarify.

Both are wrong. The Church empathizes with her children struggling with sexual orientation and deals with these complex situations as disorders that lead to sin. Though same gender sexual orientation and practicing homosexuality are both wrong, the Church believes in the importance of serving this population with love and compassion.
