I believe in creationism and in Adam, Eve, etc. However, how does this link up with the existence of different races/ethnic groups in our time? How did Adam and Eve, who were of one ethnicity, features, etc., become so many as we see now? Are they mutations or is it a form of adaption to the environment where different groups settled?

Creationism accepts microevolution and the concept of subtle changes in a species, such as skin pigmentation, height, etc., as a means of adapting to the environment and climate according to different regions, but not macroevolution in which a species transforms into completely new organism. Thus, it is probably a combination of genetics and microevolution.
