Can anyone remove evil spirits? Is there a certain prayer to do it?

This is a gift of the Holy Spirit. There are some spiritual people, usually ascetic monks or priests. Satan's fall is his pride. Thus, the exorcist must be a very humble and ascetic person that has this gift from the Holy Spirit.

When the disciples could not remove an evil spirit, the Lord Jesus Christ explained to them that only prayer and fasting can command the expulsion of this kind (Matthew 17:21; Mark 9:29). St. Paul was also given the gift of exorcism (Acts 16:18). The people upon whom the gift of exorcism is bestowed use certain prayers either from the Holy Bible or the Agpeya.
