I have been struggling with a very difficult and major spiritual warfare that has plagued me for years, everyday and almost every single minute whether I pray or do other activities, I have these unwanted blasphemies and bad thoughts and feelings against the Holy Trinity and the saints. Sometimes the enemy speaks in mind, finishes my sentences, and tells me all sorts of manipulative things. What is worse is that I do not feel God’s presence and the spiritual feelings and knowing I had before are not there. I get worried that the Holy Spirit has left me. Please pray for me. I really need prayers, as I cannot really deal with this properly. Please pray for me through the intercessions of Saint Mary and the saints. 

Though you are struggling, it is evident that you are still faithful by the fact that you are requesting prayers and the intercession of the saints, as shown in your message. Know very well the Holy Spirit—He will never depart from you. Repent and confess often, especially during these diabolic warfares. Refusing to repent and confess is what defines blasphemy, not your straying thoughts. As for the evil one completing your sentences and planting manipulative thoughts in your mind, these should not deter you from reading the Bible, praying, and seeking spiritual counsel. However, you should also consult with a counselor or therapist regarding these kinds of thoughts to decipher if it is just a spiritual warfare or perhaps a psychological issue as well, for which there are sound treatments.
