Why is God always concerned about my faith? I mean before He does something to me, He asks me, "Do you believe?" Why is that?

Christianity is not only believing in God but also having a close and growing relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. From the beginning, God's chosen nation was instructed to anticipate His plan of salvation revealed by His prophets. This required deep faith and hope. Thus, the New Testament revealed the fulfillment of God's plan of salvation through the Lord Jesus Christ. God bowed the heavens and took the form of Man to unite with us with Him and gave us His Holy Spirit to abide in us. Therefore, He is always concerned about our faith, but it does not stop there. Faith is the beginning (read Hebrews 11). The priest prays in the Divine Liturgy, "Lead us into Your kingdom". The accurate interpretation is to lead us deeper into God's kingdom, not just to His kingdom, but deep into it. This is faith and a close and growing relationship with God.
