How often does the consecration of the church happen with the Holy Myron?

Only the Bosom of the Father (the nave in the holy sanctuary) is consecrated with the holy Myron Oil, but the rest of the walls are consecrated with holy water. Anything else like icons, vessels, baptistery,...etc. are consecrated with the Myron Oil. The consecration of any part of the church for liturgical functions, including the church building, baptistry, altars, vessels, and icons take place only once, though all the parts do not need to take place at the same time. For example, we could consecrate the church building and altars at one time, but if the icons are not ready, we would consecrate them at a later time.
