Can a Coptic Orthodox member confess to a Greek Orthodox priest instead of a Coptic Orthodox priest?

Since the Greek and Coptic Orthodox Churches are still not in full communion with each other, all the sacraments must administered by your Coptic Church. In addition, each person should have one father confessor. Receiving the holy sacraments from another Orthodox Church not in communion with the Oriental Orthodox Churches is only permissible if one is in a dire situation and cannot reach his confessor father. The spiritual father should approve even this exception.
