What is meant in Mark 4:25?

In the Holy Gospel according to St. Mark 4:25, the person that does not have is the one who by his or her own will choses not to make any effort. This is one who is apathetic and is ridden by selfishness. He prefers his own comfort to making contributions of some form of goodwill to the world. Thus, the free gifts or talents that were given to him will be taken away from him and others can use these gifts for the good of others. This will be a blessing for them and a curse to him.
