How do you define spiritual abuse?

My definition of spiritual abuse consists of derogatory remarks, insults, unnecessary burdens, breaking confidentiality, intimidation, and any other kind or means of violating another person's dignity and self-worth induced by the hierarchy or persons of power in the religious establishment.
