Why is God not revealing Himself to Atheists & non-believers?

God has been constantly, consistently, and compassionately revealing Himself to atheists and nonbelievers since the exile of Adam and Eve from the Garden of Eden until now and unto His Second Coming. People exercise their free will to accept or reject Him. The Holy Scripture attests to God's extensive revelation of Himself and His will to believers and nonbelievers. Why did Pharaoh reject Him though he witnessed and experienced God's desire and disapproval with his own eyes, but a harlot named Rahab accepted to help the men sent by Joshua because she had heard about our great God? "And as soon as we heard these things, our hearts melted; neither did there remain any more courage in anyone because of you, for the Lord your God, He is God in heaven above and on earth beneath" (Joshua 2:11). Why did the Israelites reject Jeremiah the prophet, but the Ninevites quickly listened to Jonah the prophet, fasted, and repented? St. Mary's apparitions in Zeitoun, Egypt is the least refuted of all documented apparitions and miracles of our time. People of all religions witnessed these apparitions for two years, and healing was granted to many regardless of their religion. However, Christians in Egypt still comprise less than ten percent of the nation. There are many countries where citizens have religious freedom and were once predominantly Christian, but have become spiritually bankrupt by choice and have turned their churches into tourist attractions or museums. Grace is a gift that God has freely given to the world. Faith is a choice each of us makes. We have a responsibility to share our Christian Orthodox faith throughout the world. God loves us and we love Him, too. Thus, it is incumbent upon us to share this love with others and to reflect His light in the world.

"He was in the world, and the world was made through Him, and the world did not know Him. He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him. But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God" (John 1:10-13).
