In the book of the Holy Great Fast, I read that no priest is allowed to drink wine during the forty day fast. Is it okay then to drink wine in the regular days?

Drinking wine is not prohibited because Christianity is not against the substance, but against the abuse of the substance. But in order not to be a stumbling block for others, it has been the custom that the clergy not drink wine especially during this period "Therefore, if food makes my brother stumble, I will never again eat meat, lest I make my brother stumble" (1 Cor 8:13).
