Does the Coptic Orthodox Church believe that Samson and Delilah are Micah's parents?

No. The Church does not believe that Samson and Delilah were the parents of the prophet Micah. It is unknown if they had a consummated relationship and there is no mention that they married each other or ever had children. Furthermore, there is no other mention of Delilah after she betrayed Samson. Micah the prophet came much later than the narrative of Samson and Delilah.
