Does the tradition say that the 144,000 are the virgins martyred in Bethlehem?

The 144,000 mentioned in the holy book of Revelation are regarded as the people of the New Testament (12 disciples) multiplied by the people of the Old Testament (12 tribes) then by one thousand (indicating  heaven). This means that all, through Jesus, became heavenly.

Although the Synaxarium mentions the number of children martyred in Bethlehem as 144,000; there is no concrete affirmation to this number.
