What is the major role God has designed for a woman? Is His reward to a career woman the same as to a housewife?

We are given different talents and it is our duty to use these talents in everyway we can. Some women are very successful inside and outside of home; others devote themselves entirely to their home and children. Serving the Lord is using, to the fullest, the talents He has given us, no matter how big or small those talents are, and not to bury them in the ground. (Mt 25:14-30)
