The Saturday night vespers the Cymbals Verses start with "tenousht emeviout" which is the rite for the Saturday. Since a day ends by sunset, would it not be more correct to pray the Sunday's rites?

During Saturday's vespers, we usually start with "Tenousht Emeviot" because it is a transition  between Saturday and Sunday. This way  we move gradually from Saturday's rites to those of Sunday.
