Is it ethical to separate Siamese twins?

This depends on the situation of the twins, will they be able to withstand the operation and what are the chances of both surviving? They should not be separated if this would mean the death of one of them. We should have faith in God who is capable of providing for them and let us not  play God. We should not kill one for the benefit of the other even if this would mean accepting the fact that they would have a shorter life if they were not separated.
