Is it bad for a servant to take a break from his service and everyone around him to calm his stress down?

With permission from your Confession Father, it is sometimes beneficial to take a brief retreat from some services in order to refresh, gain perspective, devout more time to prayer, seek guidance, and for personal spiritual nourishment. Your Confession Father will need to set a specific time for this brief interval. If certain services are causing you to stumble or to cause others to stumble, this may be a just cause to set this service aside. Rather than being over-involved in too many areas of services, it may be better for you to remain focused on one particular area of which you and your Confession Father agree.
