Why does not the Coptic Church include the Apocrypha in our Holy Bible?

The Roman Catholic and Orthodox churches still follow the Septuagint and include in the canon of the Holy Bible all the so-called Apocrypha, except the two books of Esdras. The Prayer of Manasseh is canonical in the Orthodox Church and we read it on the Apocalypse night.

Unfortunately our Coptic Orthodox Church does not print her own Holy Bible. In Egypt we use Holy Bibles printed by "The Bible Society" of Beirut, Lebanon, which exclude the so-called Apocrypha books. In the US there are so many versions of the Holy Bible most of which are printed by Protestant organizations. Therefore, they do not include these books in their Holy Bibles. However, the Holy Bibles printed by the Catholic organizations and called "the Catholic Bible" include all the books approved by our church (except 'the Prayer of Manasseh' which they do not print).
