From our Lord Jesus Christ’s parable concerning  the 30-, 60-, and 100-fold fruitiness, it is obvious that God gives some people more abilities than others. Does this mean that  those people with greater abilities are more precious to God and consequently will have a higher status in heaven?

In answer to your question, we will focus on two parables that our Lord Jesus Christ had used; the parable of the three talents, and that of the sewer. In the parable of the talents, the master distributed the talents "And to one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one, to each according to his own ability" (Mt 25:15). When he came back, he rewarded the one who brought two other talents  with the same reward as the one who brought five other "Well done, good and faithful servant; you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord" (Mt 25:21,23). Each one used his talents to the full capacity according to his own ability. The same with the parable of the sewer, the seed fell on the good ground producing 30, 60 and 100 fold. The ground here symbolizes people’s response to the Word of God and their subsequent implementation of It. If they do their best, according to the ability God has given them, they will all receive the greatest reward. On the other hand, if they have the potential to produce 100 but stop at 30 or 60, then their reward will differ in levels in the kingdom of Heaven.
