Could Your Grace please explain the prayer of Prostration (SAGDA) on the Day of Pentecost? Although the descent of the HOLY SPIRIT was at the third hour (9 AM), the prayer is usually performed at the ninth hour (3 PM). Why are there three prayers with three Gospel readings?
Does the Coptic Prayer Book of the Hours involve body movements like the Byzantine?
Is it a sin to prostrate during the holy fifty days? I know it is forbidden, but will a person go to hell for prostrating? Does a person need to confess this or not?
What is the proper way of doing metonia and why do we do it before a bishop?
