Is there any verse in the Holy Bible that addresses having sex before marrying?

The spirit, the body, and lust; is what your question addresses. Yes, there are many Holy Scripture verses which firmly state that sexual encounters prior to marriage are wrong and sinful.

Sex is intended to be  restricted only to marriage as it is clear from the Holy Book of Genesis 2:24, "therefore a man leaves his father and his mother and clings to his wife, and they become one flesh."

In the Holy Book of Romans 8:6, "For to be carnally minded is DEATH." To be carnally minded is to be bodily oriented with no focus on the spiritual side of one’s being.

The body either relates to the spirit we have received in the Mystery of Baptism or it looks toward satisfying its lustful desires.

Whoever is only interested in satisfying the body, is doomed. The lusts of the flesh uncontrolled, lead to Satan and sin.

A Christian has many responsibilities toward his body. "I beseech you, therefore brethren by the mercies of God that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God which is your reasonable service" (Romans 12:1). What does a living sacrifice mean? It means that a person should crucify the sinful things and all the lustful desires  fulfilling what the apostle has said in the Holy Book of Galatians, "And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts" (Galatians 5:24).

When we put on the Lord Jesus Christ, all our sins and iniquities will disappear. "
As obedient children not fashioning yourself according to the former lusts in your ignorance, but as He which has called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation" (I Peter 1:14-15).

Renewing of the mind, repentance and true confession will not allow evil thoughts and deeds to penetrate your inner soul. "But to be spiritually minded is life and peace" (Romans 8:6). This leads to the Holy Spirit abiding within us.
