I know our Lord Jesus Christ was only divine before incarnation, both divine and human at incarnation, so is our Lord Jesus Christ now both divine and human in heaven?

Yes, our Lord Jesus Christ is still God incarnate, having both  Divine and human nature as we say in the Divine Liturgy "His divinity parted not from His humanity not a single moment or a twinkling of an eye". After His death on the cross, a change happened not to His nature but to His human body; for our Lord resurrected with a glorious body giving us hope for our own resurrection at His second coming "For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, who will transform our lowly body that it may be conformed to His glorious body, according to the working by which He is able even to subdue all things to Himself" (Phil 3:20-21).
