Are all the seven  sacraments equal or not? Is the marriage sacrament equal to The Communion sacrament?

All the Sacraments are the work of the Holy Spirit. However, there are four Sacraments necessary for salvation. These are: Baptism, Confirmation, Confession and the Eucharist.
