Why do we not mention the names of the Armenian & Indian Popes in the Fathers' Litany in the Divine Liturgy?

Although, the Oriental Orthodox Churches are united in Theology and Dogma, the general protocol of mentioning the names of the patriarchs is a mutual exchange. We do, however, mention ALL Orthodox believers. Perhaps the protocol for mentioning the individual patriarchs (other than our own) will change in the future as talks with other Orthodox Churches unite us more and we grow as a more unified global Orthodox Church.
