Can we assume that:
Most Christians will not be going to heaven Most Christians will go to heaven. Some Christians will, and some will not go to Heaven. All Christians will go to heaven. None of the above.
How are we finally judged in terms of works? Is it Judgment of whether or not our individual deeds were good or evil?
If God is merciful, why should we fear judgment? Aren’t we in the end relying upon His mercy? I'm not questioning the Orthodox Doctrine of Faith and works; however, I feel my works are nothing in front of God. What do you think?
In Matthew 5:22 it is written: "But whoever says, 'You fool!' shall be in danger of hell fire." We also read in Matthew 23:17 that it says: "Fools and blind! For which is greater, the gold or the temple that sanctifies the gold?" and then again in Psalm 14:1 "The fool has said in his heart, 'There is no God.'" They seem to be sending contradictory messages.
On Judgment Day, will everybody,alive and dead, be judged; even though the departed souls have already been placed either in Paradise or Hades? And if so, can the original judgment be reversed?
What is the basis for "Judgment?"
What is the state of a person after death? Is he in Heaven or hell? Is there redemption for an individual after his death?
What is the status of mentally retarded people who obviously miss on the 'intellect'? How will they be judged?
When Jesus Christ comes down to Earth on the last day, is He going to send the rest of the people that have lived until that day to hell, or are some people going to be sent to heaven as well?
Will every sin not confessed, while on earth, be held against me on judgement day? What if I cannot remember every sin; or intentionally forget them?
If I have a small sin, that I have not confessed; but I try, instead, to please God through my life, will that sin stop me from being saved at the end? Is Judgment Day real? Or is it just a concept or analogy God uses to make us understand in our own human sense? Can one be sure of their salvation? If not, does that mean that one is not saved?
Will the people who die now be judged at the second coming? If their destiny has already been determined in either Paradise or Hades, what is the need for a judgment?
