Does God really love everybody to the same degree?

God is just and loves everyone. In the Agpeya we pray in the conclusion of every hour saying "Christ our God who loves the righteous and has mercy on the sinners of whom I am chief, who does not wish the death of the sinner but rather that he returns and lives, who calls all to salvation for the promise of the good things to come" We cannot say that God has favoritism, but it is our own free will and choices that determine how God will deal with us. God knows what's in the heart of everyone and reacts accordingly.
