What is the role of women in church? Is it only to raise good children as it says in lecture 3 of the Water, Wind and Faith convention in 2001: Feminism and Christianity section IX?

Section IX does not restrict the role of women in church to raising good children; but it gives a few examples of areas where women can successfully serve and make a difference such as teaching Sunday school, evangelizing, painting icons, translating.
